For those of you who are new to my workshops and my practice, I teach a holistic approach to support creativity and well being - Mind, Body, Spirit as one interconnected whole.

The objectives of the workshops are to provide an experience with the following outcomes:

- To have a fun and engaging co-creating experience

- To address self-doubt and unhealthy behaviours that sabotage our best creative interests

- To step out of our comfort zone and unlock new creative pathways

- To integrate Mindfulness into our creative process

My workshops are a safe and playful space encouraging participants to overcome personal limitations and expand our creativity with co-created assignments. I am a Psycho-social art practitioner and an accredited member of the Federation of Drug & Alcohol Practitioners (FDAP). I have facilitated over 200 PhotoTherapy workshops and deliver weekly workshops working with clinicians in mental health units. Alongside my socially engaged, therapeutic art practice I have 20 years experience as a TV Director and a Masters in photography.
